Karachi’s Jinnah Airport is Infested With Rats Amid Sanitation Problems In Pakistan Strange

 

Recently, there have been some concerning events at the Jinnah International Airport in Karachi. Many passengers have reported seeing rodents and stray dogs in different parts of the terminal, causing distress.

In a concerning turn of events, Jinnah International Airport’s sanitation has come under scrutiny after multiple reports of rodents and a stray dog being spotted in various areas of the terminal, leaving passengers in distress.

The situation got even more chaotic when a stray dog was spotted in the concourse area, leading to panic among passengers. Unfortunately, it seems that the airport administration hasn’t been able to effectively deal with these issues, worrying witnesses.

As travelers continue to rely on the airport for their journeys, authorities must prioritize adequate sanitation protocols and address the root cause of these incidents to ensure a safer and more pleasant experience for all passengers and airport personnel.

The negligence of the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) was exposed as passengers found insects in meals being served at the International Departure Logistic Lounge.

The CAA Director General has also taken notice of the complaints and ordered an inquiry.

The CAA DG said in a statement that all CCTV footage are being monitored to ascertain the facts and strict action will be taken against the responsible.

However, the CAA DG termed the health department’s action ‘unilateral’ as the sealing of the lounge came under the jurisdiction of the aviation authority.

Earlier, some pictures of a Pakistan International Airline’s (PIA) flight kitchen had emerged, depicting how the kitchen staff handles food in utter disregard for food safety standards, endangering the health of hundreds of passengers who travel on the national flag career’s domestic and international flights.

In pictures, the staff can be seen handling the meal without wearing gloves, which, according to international standards, serve the purpose of protecting food from human pathogens such as bacteria and viruses.

Sources confided to ARY News that the food which is provided to passengers on domestic and international flights of the PIA is packed by kitchen staff with their naked hands, increasing the risk of contracting bacterial infection or any other disease in passengers.

ڈی جی سی اے اے کے حکم پر ائرپورٹ مینیجر کو تحقیقات کا حکم دے دیا گیا،ائرپورٹ مینیجر اعلی سطحی تحقیقاتی کمیٹی کے ذریعے چھان بین کرائیں گے۔

تحقیقاتی کمیٹی میں سول ایویشن کا افسر، سول ایوی ایشن کانڈاکٹر اور بارڈر ہیلتھ سروسز کا اہلکار بھی شامل ہوگا،تحقیقاتی کمیٹی 48 گھنٹوں میں اپنی رپورٹ پیش کرے گی،کمیٹی کی رپورٹ مکمل ہونے پرقصور وار کیخلاف سخت قانونی کارروائی کی جائے گی۔
