You Can Now PTA Register Mobile Phones Without Taxes for 120 Days

The Temporary Mobile Registration System was launched by Pakistan Telecommunication Authority today in a historic ceremony. Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif.

By enabling individuals to register and use their personal mobile phones for up to 120 days starting from the date of their arrival, free of any tariffs or fees, this program intends to make it easier for overseas Pakistanis and foreign nationals visiting Pakistan.

The MoITT, FBR, and FIA were all consulted in the development of the Temporary Mobile Registration System. Visitors to Pakistan are welcome to use this facility anytime they are there.

By going to the PTA website, users can submit an online application.

In his speech, the Prime Minister stressed the government's dedication to provide all visitors top-notch connection options so they may stay connected while visiting Pakistan.
